CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Items you Rent:
- You may be eligible to receive a partial or full refund of cancelled rental garments if cancellations are made a minimum of four weeks prior to the date of the event. Cancellations made less than 4 weeks prior to the event are subject to a $60 cancellation fee.
Items you Purchase:
- Refunds or exchanges will be issued on unused retail merchandise returned in the original packaging and with the original receipt within 30 days.
- No returns or exchanges will be issued without a receipt
- No refunds will be issued on special orders or used merchandise
Form of Refund Payment
- All payments that were made by credit card will be refunded by credit card.
- All payments that were made by cash will be refunded via company check. Allow twenty-one business days.

All rental shipments are handled internally and are shipped from our warehouse to the retail location for pick up
